10 things you should know if you are sued.

1 ) There should be no departure of common observance and usage.

4 ) An absolute unqualified sentence or proposition needs no expositor.
5 ) He ought not to be heard who advances a proposition contrary to the rules of law.
6 ) No one is bound to do what is impossible.
7 ) Abundant caution does no harm.
8 ) No one ought to accuse himself, unless before God.
9 ) External actions show internal secrets.
10) When the plaintiff does not prove his case, the defendant is absolved.
